As the year winds up efforts in Washington continue to define what essential health services Americans will need and want in 2014 when the ObamaCare plan comes into full effect. Many may say that the ObamaCare plan may not survive the new congress (or under a new President) though in fact many States have already adopted health care plans that follow the ObamaCare guidelines. What we know is that there will be changes. What we also know is that there will be changes before anything comes into affect. From my little corner of the world making sure my clients and patients have the choices they desire is a goal.
